What is an emergency repair?
Emergency repairs are those that have an immediate and severe health, safety or security risk, and/or where serious damage is taking place to the property. This includes repairs such as no water, total power failure, health and safety issues, burst internal pipes, gas leaks or securing the lock on a main door.
If the emergency is reported out of office hours, our first priority will be to make your home safe. We will then discuss the next steps with you on how to rectify the issue - which may mean that the repair will be completed the next day, during our usual office hours.
Reporting your repair
Please DO NOT use the Report a Repair Tool to report emergency repairs.
You can report emergency repairs at any time. Dial 01387 321 400 and select 'Option 1' if you're calling outside of our office hours.
If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak please call 0800 111 999 immediately.
