Your Neighbourhood Officer

As a Loreburn tenant, you'll have access to your own Neighbourhood Officer.

This is someone who can assist you with tenancy-related queries, issues in your neighbourhood, and can steer you in the right direction about other services or support.

Through our community-based service model, Neighbourhood Officers have their fingers on the pulse of local communities. They liaise with many other organisations so you can benefit from a wider range of services.

Here are just a few ways that your Neighbourhood Officer can help you:

  • Helping you address concerns about antisocial behaviour.
  • Providing guidance on issues in your neighbourhood, like tenants having difficulty maintaining their property, dealing with graffiti, pests, or abandoned homes.
  • Offering support if you need additional assistance from local authorities or voluntary services.
  • Handling requests for mutual exchanges or tenancy transfers.
  • Collaborating with you during walkabouts or inspections to identify areas that could be improved.
