STRANSFORM Art Trail

Stranraer Development Trust have teamed up with Dumfries and Galloway College and Better Lives Partnership to create the 'STRANSFORM Art Project'.

The project gave a group of local young people the opportunity to have artwork displayed publicly, while they work towards the attainment of a National Progression Award with the local College.
The artwork aims to improve the aesthetic appeal of the town, while also promoting the regeneration of Stranraer.

A total of eight pieces have been created and will be displayed publicly at varying locations around Stranraer. A trail has been created, with maps and information regarding the project also available.

An official launch of the tour will be happening on Saturday 16 April at Castle Green from 10 am-1 pm.

Head on over to Castle Green to find out more information about this GREAT project. Hint: you might spot one at our site on Hanover Street...
