Planned Investment 2026/27

We are excited to announce our Planned Investment Programme for 2026/27 - the biggest programme Loreburn has ever planned to deliver.

 

We know that safe, comfortable and affordable homes are a priority for our tenants, and so we have intentionally budgeted to provide upgrades to as many homes as possible.

 

Our In-House Repairs team will deliver a percentage of the works themselves to be efficient, cost effective and hopefully shape the delivery of our future programmes.
