I started my Loreburn journey in 2017 as a Modern Apprentice and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience...
I was fully supported throughout my entire Modern Apprenticeship and I found everyone extremely welcoming. 
The MA programme benefitted me as I was able to work and learn at the same time. I became more confident and competent in my role and developed a good working-knowledge of Loreburn as an organisation.
Since my apprenticeship, I've been successful in securing a permanent position and my current role is Team Manager – Cyclical Compliance, as part of the Asset Management Team.
The programme kick-started my career in a sector I knew very little about; I gained invaluable knowledge of the housing sector and I continue to learn something new every day.
The programme was for a year back in 2017... and here I am still at Loreburn and I wouldn’t change a thing!
