Each year we ask tenants for their views on the rent proposals we are considering for the following year. This year, we are consulting on a single proposed increase and have set out how this will help support a significant increase in a programme of investment to homes.
Loreburn's Management Committee will consider all views before making a decision at the meeting in January.
All tenants will receive direct correspondence, setting out the proposals and the consultation is open until 9am on Monday, 12th January, 2026.
The survey takes just a few minutes, and all views are valuable to help inform decision making.
