This is someone who can assist you with tenancy-related queries, issues in your neighbourhood, and can steer you in the right direction about other services or support. 

Through our community-based service model, Neighbourhood Officers hvae their fingers on the pulse of local communities. They liaise with lots of other organisations so you can benefit from a wider range of services.

• Virtual calls and meetings using MS Teams or via the NHS Near Me video calling platform  

• Home visits 

• Meeting face-to-face in a venue local to your community

• Catching up during a regular estate inspection or community walkabout
