Scheduler - Permanent

Location:

Dumfries & Galloway (primarily home based with some regional travel)

Salary range:

£22,932 - £28,947 FTE (subject to pay review) + competitive benefits package. Starting salary will be based on skills and experience.

Hours:

General working pattern is 35 hours per week, between 8am and 4pm or 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Permanent position.

The Role

Working remotely, you’ll be at the forefront of our In-House Repairs Team with a key role to play in delivering a friendly, helpful and professional service to our customers and colleagues. You’ll be a first point of contact for customers wishing to book repairs and maintenance services; enquire about the progress of any outstanding jobs, or those wanting guidance with any repairs/maintenance related matters.

Housing Officer (West)

Location:

Dumfries & Galloway – Home based, with regular travel across the region. This role will primarily cover the West of the region, specifically postcode areas DG7, DG8 & DG9.

Salary range:

£32,372 - £40,347 FTE (subject to pay review) + competitive benefits package + on call rota payments

Hours:

35 hours each week, worked Monday to Friday. Fixed term contract up to 9 months (maternity cover).

The Role

Housing Officers are at the heart of our communities, delivering high quality housing management services within a defined ‘patch’ area within the West of the region. This is a generic role, covering tenancy and estate management, voids and lettings, income collection, tenancy enforcement and tenant and community engagement.

Customer & Business Support Assistant

Location: Dumfries & Galloway (primarily home based with some regional travel) with a requirement to attend training and meetings in Dumfries

Salary range: £22,932 - £28,947 + competitive benefits package 

Hours: Permanent full time position.  35 hours, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with one hour (unpaid) lunch break  

The Role 

What’s really important is that you have a strong commitment to excellent service delivery and are highly organised in your approach. Experience in a similar customer service similar role would be an advantage and admin experience and IT skills across a range of packages are essential.
