The Garrick is an intergenerational site and will be complemented by other homes and community services.
Alongside the accommodation and employment hub for young people, there will also be 12 dementia-friendly designed flats, six adapted bungalows, a new access road, 37 parking spaces and attractive landscaping to maximise biodiversity.
