Bill, a Director of Global Customer Success and Customer Experience, has an extensive track record at an international level in the delivery of business change initiatives through the transformation of service delivery. With a focus on cost management whilst supporting business growth, Bill believes collaboration is the best root to securing success for both businesses and their customers, whilst challenging the status quo to uncover opportunities to improve performance and increase quality whilst minimising costs.
Highly experienced in areas such as strategic planning and digital transformation and innovation, Bill is committed to ensuring Loreburn can deliver the best possible services to our tenants that are efficient, accessible and cost effective.
Outside of work, Bill has volunteered for several years with the Ocean Youth Trust Scotland, supporting young people with life skills development through sailing.
