Gifhorn House, Dumfries

Close to the Whitesands area of Dumfries, Gifhorn House provides independent living accommodation in a safe and central location.

Just a short five-minute walk from the town centre, the property also sits on the local bus route which is served every 20 minutes.

All residents benefit from the use of a communal lift and the property is easily accessible for wheelchair users. There is a car park just outside the property, and all residents have access to a communal lounge with kitchen facilities.

To ensure the safety and security of residents, each flat is equipped with a door entry system and CCTV is installed in communal areas.

A Development Manager is on site Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, ready to deal with any resident enquiries or concerns. Should you need emergency assistance, all residents have emergency call facilities via inbuilt assistive technology.

Social activities are regularly arranged throughout the year for residents at Gifhorn, which include a quiz night, fish and chip night, coffee mornings and more. If that's not for you, you can be as private as you like knowing that assistance is there if you need it.
