I joined the Loreburn family in 2018...
I started as a member of the Management Team and have most recently began working in the Executive Team.
I was drawn to a career at Loreburn as their values and purpose fit with my own personal goals of helping to make a positive difference in the community.
My remit covers organisational development, culture transformation, HR, recruitment... and then some. Though sometimes pretty hectic, I find the job hugely enjoyable, fast paced and varied which I love. After all isn’t variety the spice of life?!
I enjoy working from home and really value our flexible working approach; our terms and conditions are fantastic and our collaborative approach at Loreburn is fab. Even though we work from all over the region, it really does feel like a close-knit organisation.
